Max & Molly are dedicated to the revival of rare, old, unusual and traditional Italian recipes and serve a variety of regional dishes to complement their wine tasting evenings. Max’s years of experience allow him to expertly match the cuisine with the wine; fresh fish with whites, succulent meat with red, dessert wines and fine Prosecco (Italian Champagne) at Christmas.

Wine tasting evenings are friendly and informal events with a relaxed atmosphere; an opportunity to meet new people with similar interests and sample unique wines from across Italy. Aside from the chance to sample an impressive range, Max hosts a Q&A session and a chance for all to critique the wines as you drink!
